While a Trustee is usually not under the supervision of the Court, in the manner in which a Personal Representative is, a Trustee is required to do certain things by law, including giving beneficiaries certain timely notices and providing them with documents, filing a Notice of Trust (in most cases), providing financial information, including accountings, and acting in good faith as a fiduciary. The attorney advises the Trustee and drafts the documents necessary to protect the Trustee and to ensure the proper administration of the Trust
